Anthony Waterman is the Managing Director of ADW Developments Ltd. Anthony is a construction economist with an expertise and practical experience in life cycle costing and Investment Appraisal. He has excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. He has provided consultancy on a range of construction cost and life cycle cost issues, specifically focussing on the prediction of construction and operation costs and the risk management of large capital investment projects.
Anthony has worked for leading consultancy and PQS firms providing customers with the tools, knowledge and answers to help them control the cost and performance of the built asset, during design, construction and throughout its service life.
Anthony is a member of the BSI / ISO committee (TC59/SC14 WG 4 on Life Cycle Costing) working on the development of international standards on life cycle costing and maintenance of buildings and other constructed assets.
