As Head of Research for Sense Cost Consultancy, part of the MACE Group, Anthony was responsible for the development and management of the company’s benchmarking and cost feedback database systems, the development of their economic research including inflation and tender price forecasts, and writing and disseminating research papers and technical reports.

Anthony was responsible for investment appraisal consultancy projects. He gained invaluable experience and knowledge that comes from working within the BRE, offering high value consultancy to solve complex problems within the built environment.
