I currently sit on the BSI / ISO committee (TC59/SC14 WG 4 on Life Cycle Costing) working on the development of international standards on life cycle costing and maintenance of buildings and other constructed assets. This working group responsible for the development of the international standards on life cycle costing and maintenance of buildings and other constructed assets, which are referred to in the BREEAM manual compliance notes.
